At Bottle Drop Alberta we collect personal information to better serve your needs. In order to provide you with our products, services and promotions, we may collect the following information when necessary:

• Contact and mailing information such as name, address, telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses
• Any other relevant information which is necessary to provide you with our products and services

The Way We Use Information
At Bottle Drop Alberta, we use the User Information form to only complete that request of printing a respective sticker to ease out your order and maintain your cash account. We do not share this information with any outside parties.

Our Commitment to Data Security
At Bottle Drop Alberta to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Re-Count Policy
By agreeing to Bottle Drop Alberta account, which is partnered with bottle refund depots, you agree to accept deferred net payment after fees for the returned containers, and bottle refund depots audit through random counts. For any dispute regarding refund amounts, Bottle Drop Alberta commits to review transactions and will be the ultimate final decision. Customer agrees to permit Bottle Drop Alberta to deduct all applicable fees related to transaction. Customer agrees to permit Bottle Drop Alberta to refuse their participation in Bottle Drop Alberta app at its sole discretion.

Proper or Expected Usage
Bottle Drop Alberta app is programmed for the purpose of dropping off bottles to the bottle depot without waiting in line or requesting a pick-up from a residence.
For residential pickup, a minimum order of $50 is required.
 A 20% pick-up fee is charged for any customer that requests door-to-door pickup.
Once order is picked up and counted at the bottle depot, if the order is discovered to be less than $50, a pick-up fee of 30% is applied to the order.
All pick up fees are deducted from the total bottle refund of customer.
If customer requests e-transfer for main method of payment, any processing fees will be charged in addition to the pick-up fee of the customer’s refund amount.
An administrative fee of 5% will be deducted from customer’s refund amount if initial method of payment is changed from their original choice. This is due to any incurring charges from the bank.
Any scheduling conflicts, Bottle Drop Alberta will reschedule on best effort basis for the next possible pick up date, and customers will be notified by e-mail, which is provided through their initial sign-up through the app.
For any refund that a customer is unsatisfied with, they can contact customer service, and will be at the discretion of manager on duty.
Bottle Drop App partners on best effort basis, have 48 hours to count bottles.
Bottle Drop Alberta customers are solely responsible for securing their personal login information and securing their mobile devices, any unauthorized access to account by a third party, Bottle Drop Alberta and partners are absolved from any liability of theft of account or mobile device, loss of funds and any damages in excess of one Canadian nickel (0.05).
Payments made in person, Bottle Drop partners require a valid driver’s license to be presented upon request
